The “Kingdoms of Skirmish” board game was my major project in my final year of Uni, which involved; packaging design, typeface design, illustration, and symbol design. It is medieval themed, tactical, turn-based board game with fun characters, aimed people aged about 12. Four groups of very different characters battle it out to rule the land. The underlying concept is; every one has great potential no matter who/what they are. Where they end up just depends on what decisions they make, and what journey they choose.
“Kingdoms of Skirmish” board game included; a large board made of four pieces, chance cards, turn spinner, unique shaped box (based on shape of one piece of the board), box interior (segmented storage for all game pieces), castle walls (game pieces), medieval tent (game peice), treasure chests (game pieces), character pieces, key tokens, special power tokens, and an instruction booklet.
